【摘要】 本文建立了同时测定翻白草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的方法——高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶1.4%磷酸水溶液(72∶28),流速为1.50mL.min-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温30℃。结果表明,齐墩果酸和熊果酸的加样平均回收率分别为97.30%和97.71%,RSD分别为2.42%和2.33%。说明本方法适用于检测翻白草中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸。更多还原

【Abstract】 A determination method was established for oleanolic acid and malol by HPLC.The chromatographic column was C18(4.6mm×250mm, 5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile: 1.4% phosphorus acid(72∶28),the flow rate was 1.5mL·min-1 and the detection wave-length was set at 210nm,the column temperature was 30℃.The results showed that the average recovery of oleanolic acid and malol were 97.30% and 97.71%.RSD was 2.42% and 2.33%.The method is suitable fos the determination of oleanolic acid and malol.更多还原
