气相色谱/质谱联用测定氧化塘出水中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯

【摘要】 采用超声波提取技术,用正己烷提取氧化塘出水中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯增塑剂,以气相色谱/质谱联用选择离子监测法检测,外标法定量。对己二酸二(2一乙基己基)酯的检出限为0.4μg.L-1(S/N=3);回收率为90%~95%,相对标准偏差为5.02%。该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于氧化塘出水中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的测定。

【Abstract】 The di(2-ethyl hexyl)adipate(DEHA) in oxidation pond water was extracted by hexane with ultrasonic generator.The determination of Di(2-ethyl hexyl)Adipate was carried out by gas chromatography /mass with selected ion monitoring(SIM) mode,using external standard method.The detection limit of DEHA was 0.4μg·L-1(S/N=3),recoveries were in the range of 90%~ 95%,the RSD were in the range of 0.12%~0.28%.This method was of simple,fast, accurate which was suitable to the determination of Di(2-ethyl hexyl)Adipate in Oxidation pond water.
