新型洗涤冷却室内的气体带液问题

【摘要】 通过对Texaco水煤浆气化炉新型洗涤冷却室内不同操作条件下气体对液滴夹带量及带出量的测定,得出了气体带液量同床层内气速及气液分离空间高度之间关系的统计模型。研究结果表明,洗涤冷却室内液滴夹带量主要与气液分离空间高度、床层内气速及液位等因素密切相关,带液量随着气速、床层液位的增大而增大,随着分离空间的减小而增大。新型洗涤冷却室内部构件对气体的带液量起到很大的阻拦作用,有效地减轻了洗涤冷却室内气体带水问题。在离气体出口0.1 m左右的范围内,存在一个气体加速区,气量越大,这个区域对液滴的带出量影响越显著。

【Abstract】 An experimental study of liquid entrainment and liquid off-take from the two-phase mixture surface in a new type of scrubbing-cooling chamber at different conditions was performed. The relationship between the liquid entrainment and the gas velocity and the gas-liquid separation space was figured out.The research indicated that the separation space,the gas velocity and the liquid level were the main factors to influence the water entrainment in the chamber.The water entrainment increased with the gas velocity and the liquid level increasing,and also increased with the separation space decreasing.It was also found that the inner component in the scrubbing-cooling chamber reduced quantity of liquid entrainment and liquid off-take obviously,and mitigated the problem of entraining water effectively.At the meantime,a gas accelerating region in the distance of about 0.1 m in the vicinity of the gas outlet was found out.The gas flux was larger,the infection of this region to the liquid off-take was more obvious.
