流动注射双光束光度法测定环境水中的微量铝
DETERMINATION OF TRACE ALUMINUM IN ENVIRONMENTAL WATER BY FLOW-INJECTION DOUBLE-BEAM SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 将自制的一组流动比色装置应用到双光束检测器的样品池和参比池中,实现微分光度法测定环境水中的微量铝。研究了在氨-氯化铵介质中苯基荧光酮与铝显色反应的适宜条件。进样频率为110次/h,铝含量在0~0.24μg/mL与吸光度的微分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),灵敏度是普通光度法的1.7倍,相对标准偏差为1.1(n=11),回收率为100.35。
【Abstract】 A series of home-made flowing colorimeters were used in the sample cell and the reference cell in the double-beam detector.The determination of trace aluminum in environmental water were realized by flow-injection double-beam differential spectrophotometry.The appropriate conditions of the chromogenic reaction between phenylfluorone and aluminum in the medium of ammonia-ammonium chloride were studied.When sample frequency was 110 t/h,the content of aluminum had better linezr relation with absorbency differential value in the range of 0-0.24 μg/mL(r=0.9997).The sensitivity was 1.7 times as high as general methods.The RSD was 1.1%(n=11),and the recovery was 100.3%.
