新型光电子材料氧化钒
Novel Optoelectronic Materials-VO_x
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的光电子材料——氧化钒.在不同的温度下氧化钒可以在半导体-金属-绝缘体之间可逆转变,并且伴随相变的发生,该材料的光电特性也随之发生变化,在非制冷红外探测器和智能激光防护方面有着广泛的应用前景.
【Abstract】 In this paper, a kind of novel optoelectronic materials vanadium oxides(VOx) was presented. VOx has phase transition at different temperature. With the phase transition, the optoelectronic properties change simultaneously, which leads to a wide application in uncooled infrared detectors and smart anti-strong laser attack.
