【摘要】 为了深入理解红外热像仪的噪声特性并且应用到实际测量中,对红外热像仪的噪声进行了分类;分别对热像仪的各种噪声分量的产生和影响进行了深入分析;并重点分析了3维噪声模型、单一参数方法和4参数模型,给出了这几种模型的优缺点;最后指出在实际测量红外热像仪的噪声特性应该采用四参数模型,并给出了一个测量实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the noise characteristics of infrared camera and apply it to the measurement, the noise was classified. Each noise component and its effect were analyzed with emphasis on 3D model, single parameter method and four parameter approaches.
