有机红外半导体单还原态双硫醇烯-铂的制备及其光电性质研究
The Study on the Preparation and Photoelectrical Properties of Organic Infrared Semiconductor Mono-reduced Dithiolene-Pt
【摘要】 用化学合成法合成了有机红外半导体双硫醇烯铂和单还原态双硫醇烯铂。用色谱、有机质谱确证了所合成的中间产物以及目标产物。FT-IR光谱和椭圆偏振光谱表明单还原态双硫醇烯铂在近红外波段1300~1800 nm有明显的光学吸收。在宝石基片上制作了MSM金叉指型电极的光电原型器件,验证了单还原态双硫醇烯铂在近红外波段的光电响应。
【Abstract】 The dithiolene-Pt and mono-reduced dithiolene-Pt have been synthesized by chemical methods,the intermediary and the termination product have been confirmed by chromatogram and organic mass spectrum.FT-IR and spectroscopic ellipsometry show that mono-reduced dithiolene-Pt has an obvious absorbance in the near infrared range of 1300~1800 nm.The photoelectrical prototype device with MSM gold interdigital electrode has been prepared on sapphire substrate,the photoelectrical response of mono-reduced dithiolene-Pt in near infrared has been proved.
