LD端面泵浦Nd:KGW激光器热效应的理论研究
Theoretical Study of Thermal Effect in Diode-end-pumped Nd:KGW Laser
【摘要】 通过建立晶体的热传导模型,合理设定边界条件和求解泊松方程,得到了晶体内部的温度分布图。进而计算了Nd:KGW晶体由端面形变引起的光程差和总的光程差,同时得到了不同抽运功率下的热焦距。计算结果表明,Nd:KGW晶体的热效应十分严重,晶体的端面形变是导致热透镜效应的主要因素。
【Abstract】 The temperature field distribution in a Nd:KGW crystal is obtained by establishing a thermal conduction model of a laser crystal,setting a reasonable boundary and solving the Poisson equation.Moreover,the optical path difference (OPD) induced by the end-face deformation and total OPD are calculated.Simultaneously,the thermal focal lengths of a laser crystal at different pumping powers are obtained.The calculating results show that the thermal effect of the Nd:KGW crystal is very serious and it is mainly caused by the end-face deformation of the crystal.
