聚醇化合物在熟料-铝酸钠溶液体系中的吸附和分布
Adsorption and distribution of polyethylene glycol in clinker-sodium aluminate solution system
【摘要】 通过研究聚醇化合物在熟料-铝酸钠溶液体系中的吸附规律,发现其为饱和吸附,达到吸附饱和的时间为20 m in,饱和吸附量为2.21 mg.g-1;聚醇化合物在熟料上的吸附行为属"S"型等温线,用D-R方程线性拟合发现为多分子物理吸附为主.同时,考察了聚醇化合物在熟料溶出过程中液固分离时的分布走势.结果表明,用含有30~240 mg.L-1聚醇化合物的铝酸钠溶液溶出熟料时,66.67%~77.22%的聚醇化合物吸附在固相上,被赤泥带出系统,残留在铝酸钠溶液中的量较少.
【Abstract】 The adsorption behavior of polyethylene glycol in solid-liquid system(clinker-sodium aluminate solution) was studied.The results show that the adsorption type of polyethylene glycol to clinker belongs to saturation adsorption.Its adsorption saturation time and saturated adsorption capacity were 20 min and 2.21 mg·g-1 respectively.Its adsorption isotherm shows an S type.The liner fitting of D-R isotherm equation indicates that the adsorption process was mainly multimoleculer physical adsorption.The distribution trend of polyethylene glycol in the process of liquid-solid separation was also investigated.The test results indicate that the accumulation of polyethylene glycol was not significant,because when leaching with sodium aluminate solution containing 30~240 mg·L-1 polyethylene glycol,66.67%~77.22% of the total polyethylene glycol adsorbed on clinker was removed by red mud from the system.
