【Abstract】 With the development of social and economy,the relation between different countries and background is becoming closer and closer.Individuals with high cross-cultural competence in the 21st century are badly required.However,the recent survey shows that the cross-cultural competence of the college students is still very poor.This paper analyses the characteristics of the cross-culture and the reasons why there exist many hindrances in the process of the cross-cultural communications and provides the effective ways to improve the college students’ competence of cross-cultural communication.更多还原
