【摘要】 运用文献资料、问卷调查、统计归纳法,对广东省部分经营性体育场馆建设的融资、规模及运营情况进行调查分析,结果表明:广东省经营性体育场馆的投资模式已呈多元化形式,尤其以私人投资形式比重较大,合资、股份和联营形式所占比例偏低,而且经营效益和方式与地区经济发展因素有关.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,by means of data method,questionnaire survey and statistical inductive method,carries on the investigation and analysis on the financing,scale and function of some market-based stadiums and gymnasiums construction in Guangdong.Results:The investment scale of Guangdong market-based stadiums and gymnasiums is of diversity.The ones of private investment form have a high percentage,while joint venture,and the joint management forms have a low percentage.And the management benefit and means have something to do with the region economy development factors.更多还原
