【摘要】 自武术被列入高校体育教学大纲以来,其散打选修课的教学与训练部分一直被安全问题所困扰。运用文献资料法、调查座谈法、理论分析法等方法,以实践为基础,从研究造成散打人身伤害事故原因入手,在散打选修课教学中加入武术推手,结果表明:散打运动安全问题得以解决,学生兴趣高昂、散打技术水平提高,实践检验可行,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the martial arts is included in athletics syllabus in universities,safety has been confronted with the teaching of free-style grappling or fistfighting.This paper studies the literature review,investigation,discussion,theoretical analysis,and body injuries caused by free fighting.In addition,this paper suggests that pushing be added to the free-style grappling or fistfighting as a selective course.The result shows that the safety in the free-style grappling or fistfighting has been solved.Students have regained interest and their skills of free-style grappling and fistfighting have been improved.更多还原
