【摘要】 在制冷行业中"铝代铜"已成为发展趋势。在原有基础上,采用可编程控制器PLC与文本显示器相结合控制铜铝管对焊机,使焊接参数控制在0.001s内。并给出了PLC与文本显示器的参数设置和计算机软件编程的过程。为扩大铜铝管的应用范围,对Φ20mm铜铝管进行了试焊,并给出了合适的焊接参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of increasing in copper material price,there has been a trend to employing aluminum pipe instead of copper pipe in the refrigeration field.The copper pipe and aluminum pipe butt resistance welding machine was controlled by PLC and text display,improved from the former base,and the control precision of welding time parameter was up to 0.001 s.It was presented the parameter setting of PLC and text display,and the process of programming by PC.For expanding the using range of coppe pipe and aluminum pipe joints,Φ20 mm copper pipe and aluminum pipe welding were in examination,and the right welding time parameter was given.更多还原
