Pd、Cu盐纳米复合膜的制备及对CO响应研究
Study on Preparation and CO Response of Pd2+、Cu2+/Nano-Silica Composite Membrane
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶催化法成功制备纳米SiO2溶胶,并用浸镀法在经过超声的载玻片上制得S iO2薄膜。将薄膜浸入氯化钯、氯化铜混合溶液,匀速提拉,干燥后制得敏感膜。敏感膜在510 nm波长照射下,检测光电流随着CO气体浓度的增加而增大,随着CO浓度降低又会逐步减弱。
【Abstract】 Silicon dioxide thin film prepared by a sol-gel technique,was used as a sensing layer after treatment ofsolution of palladium chloride and copper chloride because the reduction of Pd2+ ions by CO gas resulted in change of the layer absorbance.With photocurrent measurement at 510nm wavelength,an obvious photocurrent response was observed with the changing of CO gas concentration.
