【摘要】 结合我院探索应用型工科教育的实践,重点论述了地方性应用型工科院校的人才培养目标和办学特点。介绍了我院在明确办学定位、优化人才培养方案、完善教学基本建设、构建培养学生工程能力和创新能力的教学体系、实行以学生为本的教学管理等方面进行的一些探索。提出了充分利用学科建设、科研成果、基础教学示范中心及社会资源培养电气工程类本科生综合素质与工程实践能力的思路。通过毕业生更受用人单位欢迎的现实证明这些探索思路是正确的,方法是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with the practice of applied engineering education of Huangshi Institute of Technology,this paper expatiated the talents training goal and the characteristics of local applied engineering colleges.It introduced some explorations in the orientation in running higher educational institutions,optimization of the talents training plan,improvement of the teaching infrastructure,building the teaching system to raise the students’ engineering ability and the innovation ability and some student-centered teaching managements etc.It proposed the full use of subject construction,the achievements in scientific research,the foundation teaching demonstration center and the social resource help raise overall quality and the engineering practical ability of electrical engineering undergraduates.Practice has shown that these explorations are correct and the method is feasible.更多还原
