【摘要】 黑龙江省田径运动水平的快速提高对田径裁判员提出了更高的要求。本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,对黑龙江省田径裁判队伍的现状进行调查与分析。指出黑龙江省田径裁判员队伍存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。旨在引起人们对田径裁判工作的关注、理解和重视,吸引更多关心田径裁判工作的人士为黑龙江省田径裁判工作献计献策,为黑龙江省田径裁判整体水平的提高、田径裁判理论知识的丰富、田径事业的快速发展做出更多更大的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Heilongjiang Province track and field meet level’s fast enhancement set a higher request to the track and field referee.This article through uses literature methods and so on material law,questionnaire survey procedure,logical analytic method,carries on the investigation and the analysis to the Heilongjiang Province track and field referee troop’s present situation.Pointed out that the Heilongjiang Province track and field referee troop has the problem,and puts forward the corresponding proposal.Is for the purpose of causing the people the attention which works to the track and field referee,to understand and to take seriously,the attraction cared much the track and field referee works the public figure works for the Heilongjiang Province track and field referee suggests plans,for the Heilongjiang Province track and field referee overall level’s enhancement,the track and field referee theoretical knowledge rich,the track and field enterprise’s fast development makes more bigger contributions.更多还原
