稀土助剂在废旧PP再生塑料中的应用研究
Application of Rare-earth Additives in Recycled Polypropylene
【摘要】 添加稀土偶联剂WOT、稀土β晶型成核剂WBG以改善废旧聚丙烯再生料的性能,研究了WOT、WBG含量对PP材料性能的影响,并用偏光显微镜进行了材料结晶形态分析。结果表明:稀土β晶型成核剂WBG可改变再生PP的结晶状况,稀土偶联剂WOT可提高再生PP材料的性能,合适用量为2%~4%。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the modification of recycled polypropylene(re-PP) with rare-earth coupling agent WOT and β-nucleating agent WBG,analyzed the heat distorting temperature and mechanical properties of the re-PP specimen so modified.The crystal forms of re-PP with WBG were analyzed with polarized light microscope.The results showed that WBG can transform the crystal form of re-PP,and WOT can improve the properties of re-PP,the suitable content is 2%~4%
