【摘要】 目的:观察加减皱肺颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生存质量、临床症状及体征、肺功能的影响。方法:将70例COPD分级为Ⅰ~ⅡA级的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组于稳定期不进行任何干预,治疗组服加减皱肺颗粒,每日3次,每次1包,疗程1 a。观察两组患者的生存质量、临床症状及体征、肺功能。结果:生存质量方面,治疗组总均分(TMS)、日常生活能力因子分(F1S)、社会活动状况因子分(F2S)与治疗前比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),说明生存质量基本不变;F3S(抑郁心理症状因子分)、F4S(焦虑心理症状因子分)较治疗前下降,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对照组TMS、F1S、F3S、F4S较治疗前升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),说明生存质量下降。两组TMS、F1S、F3S、F4S治疗前后比较,对照组1 a后生存质量较治疗组差(P<0.05),主要症状(咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、自汗、易感冒、气短)和体征(哮鸣音)方面,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后FEV1,FEV1、FEV1%的差值及对照组治疗前后FEV1%比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),1 a后两组均有不同程度的肺功能下降,但治疗组肺功能下降的程度为轻。结论:补肺益肾法可使慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生存质量保持稳定,改善其临床症状和肺部体征,延缓其肺功能下降趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Zhoufei Granule on the life quality,clinical symptoms and signs and pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in its stable stage.Methods: Seventy COPD patients graded intoⅠandⅡA were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group and the control group.The control group was not given any interference.The treatment group was given modified Zhoufei Granule,3 times a day,one package a time,one month of a treatment course.Results: In the respect of life quality,the treatment group had no significant difference between TMS,F1S and F2S before and after the treatment(P>0.05),which means no change of life quality;while the treatment group had decreased F3S and F4S after the treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The control group had increased TMS,F1S,F2S,F3S and F4S after the treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05),which means the decrease of life quality.After the comparison of TMS,F1S,F2S,F3S and F4S of two groups before and after the treatment,the life quality of the control group was worse than that of the treatment group after a month of treatment(P<0.05).In the aspects of main symptoms and signs,the treatment group was evidently superior to the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The principle of invigorating lung and kidney can keep steady the life quality of COPD patients in the stable stage,promote the clinical symptoms and signs in the lung,and delay the decrease trend of the pulmonary function.更多还原
