【Abstract】 With the development of DNA sequencing technology,Chloroplast DNA sequence analysis has been applied in many aspects of medicinal plants research.This paper reviewed the main applications of Chloroplast DNA sequence analysis in research of plant systematics and identification research of medicinal plants.In addition,there will be a vast range of prospects for applying it in herb breed identification,separating genuine herbs from false ones,protecting wild resources and discovering new herbal sources.更多还原
