【摘要】 目的:观察通窍涤痰汤治疗假性延髓麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将410例假性延髓麻痹患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用通窍涤痰汤鼻饲;对照组采用胞二磷胆碱、曲克芦丁注射液静滴。结果:治疗组308例中,治愈127例,显效116例,有效55例,无效10例,有效率96.75%;对照组102例中,治愈27例,显效31例,有效30例,无效14例,有效率86.27%;经统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.01)),治疗组优于对照组。结论:通窍涤痰汤鼻饲治疗假性延髓麻痹疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the effect of decoction for promoting orifice and wash away the phlegm to treat laughing sickness.Method:410 cases were divided 2 groups.The treatment patients were treated in decoction for promoting orifice and wash away the phlegm by nasal feeding and the control in recognan and troxerutin.Result:the curing was 127 cases,excellence was 116 cases,utility was 55 cases and the ineffective was 10 cases in the treatment and the total effective rate was 96.75%.The curing was 27 cases,excellence was 31 cases,and the ineffective was 14 cases in the treatment and the total effective rate was 86.27%.Conclusion:decoction for promoting orifice and wash away the phlegm had the better effect to laughing sickness.更多还原
