【摘要】 目的:观察运用自拟升白汤治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用自拟升白汤口服,对照组采用益血生、鲨肝醇口服。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%;对Ⅰ°骨髓抑制有效率为83.3%,Ⅱ°骨髓抑制有效率为62.5%。对照组有效率为22.5%,有效的8例为Ⅰ°骨髓抑制者,Ⅱ°骨髓抑制患者中无一例有效,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe the clinical effect of decoction for rising leucocyte on treating leucopenia after malignant tumor chemotherapy. Method:80 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control. The treatment was treated in decoction for rising leucocyte and the control in tonifying blood and batiolum. Results: the effective power was 87.5% in the treatment and the effective power was 83.3% in Ⅰ°myelosuppression and 62.5% in Ⅱ° myelosuppression.
