【摘要】 目的:观察中药艾灵颗粒对未接受HAART疗法的HIV感染者CD4细胞、病毒载量的变化特点。方法:17例HIV感染者均未接受HAART疗法,全部采用中药艾灵颗粒治疗270d,采用流式细胞技术检测患者CD4细胞,采用RT-PCR检测病毒载量。结果:17例HIV感染者治疗后观察到CD4细胞呈上升趋势,疗前、疗后90d与疗后270d有统计学差异。病毒载量疗前与疗后270d均值都在3.5log/ml水平。结论:中药艾灵颗粒能够使CD4细胞计数保持稳定,延缓下降。同时控制病毒载量的升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investgate the change of CD4 cells and HIV viral load of patients living with HIV with treatment of Ailing granule. Method: 17 cases who have not taken anti-viral medicines were treatment with AiLing granule for 270 d. Percent of DC was determined by flow cytometry. At the same time, viral load was determined. Results: The quantity of CD4 cells was increased gradually. Viral load of pre-treatment and treatment after 270 d was 3.5 log/ml. Conclusion: Ailing granule could keep quantity of CD4 cells and viral load stabilization.更多还原
