【摘要】 目的了解护理专业实训基地的现状及对教学的影响。方法采用回顾性调查护理实训的基本情况(设备仪器种类、数量、实训室面积等?、课程设置、教师结构及学生人数。结果护理实训设备和仪器共358台(套),面积1 830.8 m2,职业技能实训课436学时,护理专业2006级11个教学班,1 664名学生;护理实训课教师38名,其中高级职称11名、中级职称8名、初级职称19名,结构基本合理。结论现有的护理实训条件不能满足学生实训和提高教学质量的需要,需科学规划课程安排、增加投入和提高教师素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of nursing training base to teaching. Methods Adopting a reviewing survey of the basic conditions of nursing training base(equipment and instrument type,quantity,area of training room,etc),curriculum and quantity of students. Results The nursing training equipments and instruments were 358 sets(pieces) altogether,the area of the training rooms was 1830.8 m2,vocational nursing courses were 436 periods.There were 11classes and 1664 students in Nursing Department,Grade 2006. Conclusion The existing conditions of nursing training base can not meet the need of students and improving the teaching quality.The curriculum should be projected scientifically,and the investment increased.更多还原
