【摘要】 目的:总结食管胃机械吻合法中预防吻合口并发症的经验。方法:回顾性分析食管癌和贲门癌手术病例中施行胸内食管胃机械吻合1076例的临床资料。结果:临床治愈983例(91.36%),好转78例(7.25%),死亡15例(1.39%)。吻合口瘘34例(3.14%),吻合口狭窄83例(7.71%),反流性食管炎22例(2.04%),食管切缘癌残存46例(4.28%)。结论:吻合器吻合是一种有效、简便的吻合方法,选择适当型号吻合器,严格、细致、规范的手术操作是减少吻合口瘘、狭窄等并发症的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experiences of mechanical thoracic esophagogastric anastomosis after resection of esophageal or cardiac carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 1076 cases receiving mechanical thoracic esophagogastric anastomosis after resection of esophageal or cardiac carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Nine hundred and eighty-three cases(91.36%) were clinically cured,78 cases improved,and 15 cases(1.39%) died.The complications included anastomotic leakage in 34(3.14%),anastomotic stenosis in 83(7.71%),esophagitis for regurgitation in 22(2.04%),and esophageal residual carcinoma in 46(4.28%).Conclusion Mechanical anastomsis with a stapler is sufficient and convenient,the key points to reducing anastomotic complications are choosing correct model of stapler and strict,careful and correct operation skill.更多还原
