【摘要】 目的:优选消斑康肤胶囊制备工艺。方法:以浸膏得率,丹参酮ⅡA提取转移率为指标,应用正交试验优选回流提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为A3B2C3,即加药材6倍量的90%乙醇回流提取3 h,共提取1次。结论:优选的制备工艺稳定可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the preparative technology of Xiaobankangfu Capsules.Mehtods: The extract yield and extractive transfer rate of tanshinone ⅡA were used as observing targets,the optimum condition for reflux method also was selected with the orthogonal test.Results:The optimum extractive condition was A3B2C3,that consisted of adding 6 times amount of 90% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 3 hours,totally extracting for once.Conclusion: The optimized technology is stable and feasible.更多还原
