【摘要】 【目的】比较非脱垂阴式子宫切除术与经腹子宫切除的临床疗效。【方法】回顾性分析本院2001年2月至2007年7月子宫切除治疗的218例妇科良性肿瘤的临床资料,根据手术方式的不同分为:非脱垂阴式子宫切除组(A组)和经腹子宫切除术(B组),比较两组手术时间(d)、术中出血量(mL)、术后下床活动时间(h)、住院天数(d)、肛门排气时间(h)、并发症的发生率及住院费用及术后3个月随访情况。【结果】A组手术时间,肛门排气时间均低B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术中出血量,术中、术后并发症发生率及术后3个月随访阴道残端愈合等与B组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】非脱垂经阴道子宫切除术创伤小,术后恢复快,符合微创的原则,不增加手术难度不大,值得在基层医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the clinical applications of transvaginal hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy.[Methods]Clinical data of 218 patients with benign uterine diseases treated by transvaginal hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy were retrospectively reviewed . The duration of operation, bleeding volume during operation, hospital stay after operation, the time of bowel function recurrence, the duration of operation, bleeding volume during operation, hospital stay after operation, the time of bowel function recurrence, intra-or post-operative complications and cost of hospitalization were compared by retrospective study. [Results]There were significant differences in the duration of operation, bleeding volume during operation, hospital stay after operation, the time of bowel function recurrence and the cost of hospitalization. There was no statistical significant difference in occurrence of intra-or post-operative complications and the blood loss in operation between transvaginal hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy. [Conclusion] Transvaginal hysterectomy has advantages of minimal invasion and rapid recovery,but depends on the operator’s technology and experience and needs to chose suitable cases.更多还原
