【摘要】 【目的】探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲再次手术的方法及效果。【方法】应用Storz硬性鼻内窥镜,根据鼻中隔不同的偏曲部位,采取不同的手术入路,行鼻中隔再次矫正术30例。【结果】临床观察6~12个月,其中显效26例,占88%,有效4例,占12%,无效0例。总有效率为100%。术后全部病人感觉鼻腔通气良好,头痛症状消失,脓涕消失或明显减少,鼻中隔偏曲部位消失,无一例出现鼻中隔穿孔、鞍鼻、鼻腔粘连、脑脊液鼻漏等并发症。【结论】对鼻中隔首次矫正术后效果欠佳者,使用鼻内镜术行鼻中隔再矫正术,可以取得满意的手术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the clinical significance and surgical technique for re-correction after revision of nasal septum via endoscopic surgery.[Methods]Thirty patients who had undergone unsuccessful septoplasty received re-correction via endoscpopic surgery.Different surgical approaches were chosen depending on the deformity type, the scope of surgical intervention on osteocartilaginous base and the location of deviation. [Results] Re-correction of nasal septum was successful in all cases.The symptoms resulting from septal deviation disappeared or significantly relieved. Following successful re-correction surgery,the treatment outcomes of concomitant nasal and/or sinusal diseases also significantly improved.No complication has been found during the observation period. [Conclusion]For those who had undergone unsuccessful revision surgery of nasal septum, re-correct operation by endoscope can not only relieve the symptoms derived from deviation,but also be of significance for the treatment of concomitant nasal and/or sinusal diseases.更多还原
