【摘要】 【目的】探讨胫骨远端前外侧解剖钢板内固定治疗pilon骨折的临床疗效。【方法】采用胫骨远端前外侧解剖钢板治疗45例pilon骨折患者。Ruedi-Allgower分型:Ⅰ型7例,Ⅱ型25例,Ⅲ型13例。【结果】45例均获随访,平均随访12(7~17)个月,参照Mazur踝关节症状与功能评分系统,优26例,良11例,可7例,差1例。优良率82%。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间平均14.3(12~20)周。【结论】胫骨远端前外侧解剖钢板是治疗pilon骨折的理想内固定物,选择合适的手术时机及术后早期功能锻炼是满意疗效的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the methods of treatment for Pilon fracture by tibia distal anterolateral anatomic plates.[Methods]Forty-five cases of Pilon fractures were treated by operation from May 2005 to May 2007. All cases including 7 cases of type Ⅰ, 25 cases of type Ⅱ and 13 cases of type Ⅲ according to Ruedi-Allgouller classification were treated through open reduction internal fixation with tibia distal anterolateral anatomic plates.[Results]All of 45 cases were followed up ranged from 7 to 17 months, among which 26 cases excellent, 11 cases good, 7 cases moderate and 1 case bad, evaluated by Mazur functional criteria.[Conclusion]The tibia distal anterolateral anatomic plates are perfect internal fixators for Pilon fracture. They should be combined with correct operative time selection and appropriate post-operative rehabilitation for ensuring satisfactory effects.更多还原
