【摘要】 【目的】观察血液透析滤过(HDF)对挤压综合征的治疗作用。【方法】23例挤压综合征患者分为血液透析滤过组(HDF组)和常规治疗组(N组),11例N组患者给予常规综合治疗,12例HDF组患者在常规综合治疗的同时加行HDF。同时测定两组血白细胞(WBC)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌红蛋白(Mb)、血钾、C反应蛋白(CRP)等生化指标,并分析比较两组并发症、住院时间及病死率。【结果】治疗后HDF组病人各项生化指标较N组明显改善,并发症及病死率减少,住院时间缩短。【结论】血液透析滤过对挤压综合征有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the efficacy of Hemodiafiltration(HDF)on crush syndrome(CS).[Methods] Twenty-three patients with CS were divided into HDF group(n=12)and control group(n=11,N group).N group were treated with normal conservative therapy,while HDF group were treated with HDF besides normal conservative therapy.The plasma levels of WBC,Cr,BUN,K,Mb and CRP were determined.Complications,the average of hospitalized day and mortality were observed.[Results] The progressions of HDF group were better than N group(P<0.05).The average of hospitalized day of HDF group was significantly shorter than that of N group(P<0.05),Complications and mortality decreased significantly(P<0.05).[Conclusion] HDF has an obvious treatment effect on crush syndrome.更多还原
