【摘要】 【目的】探索在社区中老年2型糖尿病(DM2)患者中进行营养干预对控制糖尿病并发症的发生和发展,提高患者生命质量的作用。【方法】对某社区已确诊的非住院DM2患者158例,采用配对设计分为干预组和对照组。干预组除给予药物治疗外还采取膳食指导、健康教育、营养干预等措施,对照组为单纯药物治疗。比较两组营养状况和生化检测指标。【结果】干预前两组病人三餐热能分配均不合理,营养状况不平衡。采取营养干预措施后干预组与对照组比较,营养缺乏和营养不平衡问题得到改善;血压、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、C-肽、尿微量蛋白等指标均有明显降低。【结论】社区DM2病人膳食结构不合理;营养干预对防治DM2效果明显;本干预模式可在社区推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention of the middle-aged and old type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM2) patients in community on controlling the occurrence and development of diabetes complications and improving the quality of life.【Methods】One hundred and fifty eight ambulatory and definite DM2 patients in a community were divided into the intervention group and the control group by matched-pairs design.The patients in the intervention group were administrated medicine plus diet guide,health education and nutritional intervention,etc.The patients in the control group were only given medicine.Nutrition status and biochemical values in two groups were compared.【Results】Energy distribution of three meals in two groups was irrational and unbalanced before intervention.After intervention,the lack and unbalance of nutrition were improved.Compared with the control group,blood pressure,fasting blood sugar,2h postprandial blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum cholesterol,triglyceride,C-peptide and urine microalbum were significantly lower in the intervention group.【Conclusion】The diet constitution of the DM2 patients is not reasonable.Therefore nutritional intervention is obviously effective for prevention and treatment of DM2,and this intervention mode can be popularized in community.更多还原
