【摘要】 目的:分析中西药注射剂联合治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:将72例脑梗死患者随机分为中西药注射剂联合治疗组及对照组,每组各36例。两组患者均采用休息、吸氧、病因治疗、降颅压、抗脑水肿、静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐500 mL,培他啶20 mg,1天1次,连用10 d。联合治疗组加用盐酸川芎嗪注射液静脉点滴,1天1次,连用10 d。用统一判定标准进行疗效评价。结果:中西药注射剂联合治疗组基本治愈30例、显著进步6例,对照组基本治愈22例、显著进步14例;其基本治愈率、显著进步率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西药注射剂联合治疗脑梗死疗效高、安全性好,值得临床上进一步应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of treating cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Seventy-two patients with cerebral infarction were divided randomly into trial group(n=36) and control group(n=36).Patients in control group were treated with western medicine;patients in trial group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine.All patients were treated by rest,oxygen inhalation,intracranial pressure decreasing,brain edema relieving,low molecular dextran 40 500 mL intravenous infusion once daily,betahistine 20 mg once daily,the course was 10 days;besides,patients in trial group were treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride injection intravenous infusion on the basis above,once daily for 10 days.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by a certain criterion.Results:In trial group,30 patients were cured in general,6 markedly improved;in control group,22 patients were cured in general,12 markedly improved.Compared these in the two groups,there were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese and western medicine has good effect and safety,deserves generalizing.更多还原
