【摘要】 目的:探讨淋巴细胞注射及护理技术在治疗习惯性流产中的作用。方法:选择年龄24~40岁、原因不明性习惯性流产、封闭抗体阴性患者26例为试验组,选择同期就诊、年龄相当、原因不明性习惯性流产、封闭抗体阴性患者24例为对照组。对试验组进行淋巴细胞注射、心理治疗等护理技术及常规保胎治疗,对照组使用常规保胎治疗。结果:试验组妊娠成功率为73%,对照组为21%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞注射及护理技术的应用在治疗原因不明性习惯性流产中疗效确切,具有操作有效、无不良反应等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of injection of lymphocyte and the nursing technology in the treatment of habitual abortion. Methods:50 cases of 24～40 years old women with unknown habitual abortion and negative blocking antibodies were selected and divided randomly into trial group(n=26)and control group(n=24).Besides the treatment of routine tocolysis,the injection of lymphocyte and the psychological nursing were used for trial group,but only routine tocolysis for the control group.Results:The achievement rates of pregnancy were 73% and 21% respectively in trial group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of lymphocyte injection with nursing technology is effective for women with unknown origin habitual abortion.更多还原
