【摘要】 目的:探讨术后护理在预防十二指肠残端瘘中的作用。方法:回顾分析应用改良Nissen法处理困难十二指肠残端36例术后护理,重点是各种引流管的护理。结果:本组患者均无残端瘘及其他并发症。结论:尽管良好的手术方法是预防十二指肠残端瘘的关键,而精细的术后护理在预防十二指肠残端瘘中也十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the role of postoperative nursing for the prevention of duodenal fistula in surgical treatment for the duodenal ulcer.Methods: Records of postoperative nursing in 36 patients with duodenal ulcer treated by surgery were analyzed retrospectively.The modified Nissen’s nursing method was applied to manage the duodenal stumps of the patients;management of the drainage tubes was the important items.Results: Postoperative patients nursed in this way didn’t occurred stump fistula and other complications.Conclusion: Competent surgery is the essential to avoid fistula of duodenal stumps;delicate Postoperative nursing is also play an important role in the prevention of duodenal stump fistula and other complications.更多还原
