【摘要】 目的:利用鲎试剂生产废料中提取的鲎抗菌肽,了解鲎抗菌肽对隐球菌、枯草杆菌、变形杆菌的抑菌作用。方法:采用酸处理法和SephdexG-50凝胶层析法从鲎试剂生产废料中提纯鲎抗菌肽,然后把鲎抗菌肽加入菌液培养,24 h后观察结果。结果:鲎抗菌肽对隐球菌,枯草杆菌具有一定的抗菌作用,对变形杆菌无效。24 h隐球菌,枯草杆菌的最小抑制浓度分别为2.28μL/mL和45μL/mL。结论:说明鲎抗菌肽具有一定的抗菌作用,可作为新一代的抗菌药物的开发研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of antibacterial peptide of taehypleus tridentatus on cryptococcus,bacillus subtilis and bacillus proteus.The antibacterial peptide was extracted from the side product of taehypleus amebocyte lysate(TAL).Methods: Antibacterial peptide was extracted and purified from the side product of TAL by acid processing and SephdexG-50 gel filtration;cryptococcus,bacillus subtilis and bacillus proteus were cultured with the purified antibacterial peptide respectively,the results were observed in 24 hours.Results: The results showed that the antibacterial peptide inhibited the growth of cryptococcus and bacillus subtilis,but didn’t work on the bacillus proteus.The minimal inhibiting concentrations for cryptococcus and bacillus subtilis were 2.28 μg/mL and 45 μg/mL in 24 hours respectively.Conclusion: The antibacterial peptide of horseshoe crab can inhibit the growth of certain germs;which may be used to develop new antibacterial drugs.更多还原
