【摘要】 目的:探讨风湿性二尖瓣病变患者外周血炎症标志物水平与心房颤动之间可能存在的关系。方法:根据心律将40例风湿性二尖瓣病变患者分为二组:窦性心律组20例,心房颤动组20例。分别检测二组患者外周血白细胞总数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分率(NEU%)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)浓度。结果:二组患者间WBC、NEU%差异不明显(P>0.05)。伴有心房颤动的二尖瓣病变患者外周血CRP、IL-6、TNF-α含量与窦性心律患者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:风湿性二尖瓣病变患者其持续性心房颤动与外周血CRP、IL-6、TNF-α含量无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the possible relationship of atrial fibrillation(AF) with the inflammatory markers in the blood of the patients with mitral valve replacement.Methods: Forty patients hospitalized for mitral valve replacement surgery were divided into two groups: group SR(simple mitral disease with sinus rhythm),and group AF(simple mitral disease with AF).The total white blood cell count,the percentage of europhile,the quantity of C-reactive protein,IL-6 and TNF-α were measured and compared in an attempt to find out whether there was significant difference between the two groups.Results: There was no significant difference in the white blood cell count、the percentage of europhile、C-reactive protein,IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups(P>0.05) .Conclusion: This study demonstrated that there’s no exact relationship of atrial fibrillation between inflammatory markers of the patients with rheumatic mitral valve disease in the peripheral blood.Further research on the relation between AF and the inflammatory markers would be needed.更多还原
