【摘要】 目的:探讨27种南药有效部位体外抗柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)的作用。方法:采用观察细胞病变效应法(CPE法)检测10种南药(岗梅根、溪黄草、南板蓝根、叶下珠、叶下珠(广西)、两面针、广藿香、土牛膝、沙姜和青天葵)的27个有效部位在HeLa细胞中的抗CVB3活性,从中筛选出有抗CVB3活性的有效部位。结果:从27种有效部位中筛选出土牛膝的醋酸乙酯提取物和青天葵的甲醇提取物2种有抗CVB3活性的有效部位,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为12.06 mg/L和77.67 mg/L。结论:27种南药有效部位中有2种具有抗CVB3活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To observe the inhibition of 27 kinds of active fraction from 10 kinds of southern herbs on coxsackie virus B3(CVB3) in vitro.Methods:The inhibition on CVB3 in HeLa cells of 27 kinds of active fraction from 10 kinds of southern herbs,such as Ilex asprella,Rabdosia lophanthoides,Strobilanthes cusia,Phyllanthus urinaria,Phyllanthus urinaria(Guangxi),Zanthoxylum nitidum,Pogostemon cablin,Achyranthes aspera,Kaempferia galanga and Nervilia fordii,were analized using the cytopathic effect(CPE).Results: 2 kinds of active fraction could inhibit the growth of HeLa cells in fected CVB3,the ethyl acetate extraction of Achyranthes aspera and the methanol extract of Nervilia fordii and their IC50 values was 12.06 mg/L and 77.67 mg/L,respectively.Conclusion: 2 kinds of active fraction have a significant anti-CVB3 effect at cell level in vitro.更多还原
