【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠合并失血性休克的临床疗效。方法:我院2003年1月至2006年12月间共收治输卵管妊娠合并失血性休克(出血量>1000mL)227例,其中以腹腔镜手术治疗的27例为研究组,另200例开腹手术为对照组,分析比较两组围手术期情况。结果:研究组与对照组的一般情况及输卵管妊娠结局无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者腹腔内出血量及输卵管切除例数差异无显著性(P>0.05),术中出血量、手术时间及住院天数均为研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01),术后研究组肛门排气时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗休克型输卵管妊娠优于开腹手术;熟练的腹腔镜操作技术对输卵管妊娠合并失血性休克的治疗是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical response of operative laparoscopy for ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock.Methods 227 women with ectopic pregnancy with hypovolemic shock.These patients were divided into two groups.Group I included 27 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery,and group II included 200 cases underwent traditional laparotomyic suegery.Results There was no difference in age,gravidity,parity and outcome of tube pregnancy in the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in Intraabdominal blood loss and the tubal resection in the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was less in in groupⅠthan in group Ⅱ(P<0.01).The days of postoperative hospital stay was less in groupⅠthan in group Ⅱ(P<0.01).The operating time was shorter in groupⅠthan in group Ⅱ(P<0.01).The time of postoperative passage of gas by anus was earlier in groupⅠthan in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic procedures in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock are safe under certain conditions.更多还原
