蜂花粉对幼鼠免疫功能影响的研究

【摘要】 目的观察蜂花粉对幼鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将幼鼠随机分为四组,前三组分别以2.5g/kg、5g/kg、10g/kg蜂花粉悬液灌胃,第4组为对照组,以生理盐水灌胃。结果蜂花粉能够增强幼鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、ConA诱导的幼鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应及NK细胞活性,增加产生特异性绵羊红细胞抗体的B细胞数目,差异有统计学意义。结论蜂花粉对幼鼠免疫功能有显著影响。

【Abstract】 Objective Observe how the been pollen will affect the immune functions of young mice.Method Randomly select four groups of young mice.Apply suspension to the first three groups with bee pollen suspension solution.The concentration is respectively 2.5 g/kg,5 g/kg and 10 g/kg.Make the fourth group as the control group.Result Bee pollen can dramatically increase the peritoneal macrophage phagocytic activities,enhance ConA-triggered spleen lymphocyte proliferation and NK cell activation,and also generate more B cells that would produce anti-SRBC antibody.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Bee pollen will impose distinctly impact on the immune function of young mice.
