【摘要】 目的食管癌高发区与河流的相关研究。方法收集我国食管癌各高发区死亡率分布图和高发区水系分布图进行对照,分析河流与食管癌发病率、死亡率的关系。结果山西省42县食管癌死亡率与沁河、丹河、淇河、浊漳河、清漳河五条河流有关;卫河发源于晋东南地区,流域在河南省,在上述五条河流的下游起拦截、汇集、排泄作用,卫河晋东南侧均为食管癌高发区;陕鄂豫秦岭食管癌高发区分布在伊河和洛河,丹江水库、鸭河水库、陆浑水库中间区域;鄂豫皖大别山河南食管癌高发区与淮河干流和各支流有关;洪河、汝河夹河滩处沁阳、驻马店地区是食管癌高发区;四川盆地西北部高发区主要集中在涪江水系与嘉陵江水系中间地带,两河交汇处的南充市、盐亭县是食管癌相对高发中心;山东省食管癌高发区主要集中在黄河、鲁运河交汇处的西南方向,沿鲁运河、微山湖均为食管癌高发区,沿黄河下游方向也是相对高发区;江苏省是水网之乡,食管癌高发;新疆西北部食管癌高发区集中在额尔齐斯河、多轮多河两河之间;内蒙古高发区集中在海拉尔河、哈拉哈河流域、呼伦湖、贝尔湖周围以及黄河两岸;福建南部食管癌高发区集中在晋江两岸和入海口处。结论中国食管癌高发区分布在河流两岸、两河之间,在河流交汇处形成高发中心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The relationship research between River water and the incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer in China.MethodsCollected the distribution of the high incidence and mortality area of esophageal cancer and distribution of water system,analysis the relationship between the geographic distribution of esophageal cancer and Rivers.ResultsThe esophageal cancer death of 42 counties in Shanxi Province at geographic distribution relates to the area of Qinhe River,Dan River,Qehe River,Zhuozhang River,Qingzhang River.Weihe River originates from southeastern Shanxi,The valley is in Henan Province,The use of the Wei River is of interception,pool,excretion in the above-mentioned five river downstream,The southeastern Shanxi side of Wei River is high incidence area of esophageal cancer;Shan-E-Yu Qinling Mountain high incidence area of esophageal cancer distributes in the middle region of yihe and the Luohe River,the Dan River reservoir,ducks River Reservoir and the Luhun Reservoir;E-Yu-wan Dabieshan Mountain high incidence area of esophageal cancer in Henan related to the cross area of the mainstream of the Huaihe River and tributaries;Qinyang and Zhumadian are high incidence area of cancer for Honghe and RuHe folder floodplain;The high incidence area of Sichuan Basin in northwest mainly concentrated in Fujiang River and the Jialing River,The interchange of the two River are Nanchong City and Yanting County a relatively high incidence center of esophageal cancer;Mainly high incidence area of esophageal cancer in Shandong Province is in the southwest direction interchange of Yellow River and Lu Canal.Esophageal cancer are high incidence area along the canal Lu and Weishan Lake and along the Yellow River downstream direction Jiangsu Province has water network,the high incidence of esophageal cancer;Northwestern Xinjiang in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer concentrated in area of Irtysh River and Dolundo River.The high incidence area of inner Mongolia concentrated in the area of Hailar River,Halaha River,baer Lake,Hulun Lake and the Yellow River.Esophageal cancer in southern Fujian concentrated in two side the area of Jinjiang River and the mouth of the strait;ConclusionThe high incidence area of esophageal cancer is in the river shores,between the two river,A high incidence center is in the interchange of rivers.更多还原
