银合欢叶黄酮类成分的研究

【摘要】 银合欢叶的乙醇提取物除去叶绿素后,分别用乙醚、乙酸乙酯、水饱和的正丁醇充分萃取,乙酸乙酯部分经反复硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,得三个化合物,分别为:槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(Ⅰ)、槲皮素-3-O--αL-阿拉伯糖甙(Ⅱ)、杨梅素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(Ⅲ),均为首次从该植物中分离得到.正丁醇部分酸水解后,经色谱、紫外光谱分析,并通过与标准品对照,发现甙元成分单一,主要为槲皮素.

【Abstract】 The flavonoid constituents of the 70% EtOH extract of Leucaena leaves were studied.The chemical constituents were isolated by silics gel column chromatography and identified by means of spectral data and literature.The compounds obtained were identified as quercetin-3-O-arabinoside(Ⅰ),quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside(Ⅱ),myricetin-3-O-rhamnoside(Ⅲ).All of the compound are obtained from Leucaena leaves for the first time.Most of the aglycones of the flavonoid glycoside was quercetin and the Leucaena leaves is becoming a new promising natural source of quercetin.
