濒危植物青皮(Vatica mangachapoi)的濒危机理及保育生态学研究进展
A review of study on endangered mechanism and conservation ecology of endangered vatica mangachapoi
【摘要】 龙脑香科(Dipterocarpaceae)濒危植物青皮(Vatica mangachapoi Blanco)为国家II级重点保护野生植物,原产海南,是东南亚热带常绿季雨林的特征种、建群种和优势种,其在生态、经济等方面都具有极高的价值.对青皮所作的研究主要集中在生理特性及种群、群落生物学的研究方面,如尖锋岭三分区青皮种群参数的估算,礼纪青皮林的群落类型、特征、性质、演替等生态分析等.表明人为砍伐与破坏、生境破碎化、青皮幼苗期受光照环境和种间竞争抑制等是青皮濒危的主要原因.但是针对青皮的遗传背景的研究尚未见报道,因此作为青皮保护基础的遗传多样性的研究就显得极为迫切.
【Abstract】 Vatica mangachapoi Blanco, native to Hainan, is one dipterocarp, which is also a threatened wild species of second grade conservation species in China. As the characteristic, constructive and dominant species of tropical evergreen monsoon forest around the southeast Asia, V. mangachapoi has great ecology and economic value. Most of researches about V. mangachapoi were focused on the characteristics of physiological as well as that of the population and community biology, such as the parameters estimated on the population of V.mangachapoi forest in Sanfenqu of Jianfengling National Nature Reserve, and the analysis on the type, characters, properties and syngenetics of Liji V. mangachapoi community in Hainan, and so on. The researches showed that the main endangered reasons and mechanism of V. mangachapoi were the following, the deforestation and destruction by human beings, the habitat fragmentation and the light and interspecies competition between the individuals of the seedlings population of V. mangachapoi. But there is no report adout the research on the heredity backgrounds of V. mangachapoi, therefore, the genetic diversity research, which is the base of conservation of V. mangachapoi, will be a matter of great urgency.
