辐照引发马铃薯淀粉接枝制备吸水树脂
PRODUCTION OF SUPER ABSORBENT FROM POTATO STARCH WITH IRRADIATION
【摘要】 利用60Coγ射线辐照引发马铃薯淀粉接枝丙烯酸制备吸水树脂。考察了配方中的助剂及合成工艺对吸水树脂性能的影响。采用助剂X和适当合成工艺得到的干燥吸水树脂,吸收蒸馏水350g/g,吸收自来水157g/g,吸收0.9%的NaCl溶液31g/g。
【Abstract】 60Co γ-rays was used to initiate acrylic acid grafting of potato starch to produce super absorbent.The influence of adjuvant and synthesis technology on the performance of super absorbent resin were investigated.The drying super absorbent resin,was produced with assistant X and proper synthesis technology.Which could absorb distilled water 350g/g,tap water 157g/g,0.9% sodium chloride 31g/g,respectively.
