【摘要】 研究了标题偶氮苯类化合物作为光响应材料在溶液中的光控异构;研究了在组入脂质体后的光控和温致异构.实验数据表明它在氯仿及脂质体中可以顺利地发生光控和温致异构.可以作为光响应材料用于光控药物释放体系.

【Abstract】 The tran-cis isomerization of the title compound is investigated under the light irradiation and certain temperature.The results of labeling condition experiments indicate that the isomerization can occur in chloroform solution under the light irradiation.It is important that the isomerization takes place when the title compound is incorporated in into liposome and the progress is reversible.,which signifies the title compound can be used in drug delivery system.
