杂多酸H6PMo9V3O40催化合成乙酸乙酯
Synthesis of Ethyl Acetate Catalied by H6[PMo9V3O40]
【摘要】 以磷钼钒杂多酸H6PMo9V3O40为催化剂,通过乙酸和乙醇反应合成乙酸乙酯.分别考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、回流时间对酯化率的影响,实验结果表明:H6PMo9V3O40具有良好的催化活性;酯化最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比2∶l,催化剂用量为反应体系总质量的3.5%,回流反应时间为25 min,酯化率达80%以上.
【Abstract】 In this paper,ethyl acetate has been synthesized by ethanol and acetic acid using P-Mo-V heteropoly acids H6PMo9V3O40 as catalyst,and the effect of the molar ratio of ethanol to aceticacid,the quantity of the catalysts and the reaction time on acetate yield is discussed.The results indicate that H6PMo9V3O40 is a good esterication catalyst and that the optimum reaction conditions are:the ratio of ethanol to aceticacid is 2∶1,the quantity of P-Mo-V catalyst is 3.5% of the reactants,the reaction time is 25 min,the ethyl aceate yield is up to 80%.
