【摘要】 目的总结脑膜瘤手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析20例脑膜瘤病人临床资料,比较和总结不同类型肿瘤的手术治疗特点。结果全切除16例(SimpsonⅠ、Ⅱ级),次全切除4例(SimpsonⅢ、Ⅳ级)。术后偏瘫1例,无死亡。结论根据不同部位脑膜瘤的特点进行针对性的手术治疗,病人多数预后满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment for meningiomas.Methods Twenty patients with meningiomas were retrospectively analyzed.The surgical characteristics were summarized and compared between different kinds of tumor.Results Tumors in sixteen patients were totally removed(Simpson grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ),while in four patients were subtotally resected(Simpson grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ).After operation,one patient was hemiplegic,no patient died.Conclusion Through different surgical treatment according to different regions of meningiomas,most of the patients have good prognosis.更多还原
