脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的动态变化和意义
Dynamic changes and significance of serum neuron specific enolase during acute period in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的研究脑出血患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)动态变化的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对48例脑出血患者起病第1、3、7、14d血清NSE水平进行动态测定,神经功能缺损按斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表(SSS)标准进行评定。结果脑出血组各时间血清NSE水平明显高于对照组(P<0.001),并与出血量大小及SSS呈正相关。结论血清NSE的水平变化对判断脑出血量大小和预后有重要参考价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the dynamic changes and clinical significance of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods The serum NSE of 48 patients with ICH was tested by ELISA at 1,3,7 and 14 days after the hemorrhage happened.Neurological function dificit were valued with Scandivia stroke scale(SSS).Results The serum levels of NSE were higher in ICH group than that in control group(P<0.001) and were positively correlated with the volumes of hematoma and SSS.Conclusion The serum NSE test in the patients with ICH is very useful to judging the volume of the hemorrhage and the prognosis.
