【Abstract】 In this experiment,the M2 generation of maize inbred lines derived by inducing pollens with EMS was observed,selected and identified.The results showed that,in M2 generation,the main variation was leaf color at seedling stage,most of which were etiolated seedlings,while the mutation of early maturity and male sterility were predominant at adult plant stage.The mutation rate of plant height and ear height was also high.The mutating extent of maize ear in M2 generation was greater than in control.更多还原
