【摘要】 借助MAPINFO,MAPGIS与VBA建立土地开发整理潜力调查数据库,建立潜力测算模型。通过区域权属图库的快速构建、区域地形条件、区域农民收入基础数据库的建立,以及耕地整理、农村居民点整理、土地复垦和土地开发潜力测算,实现土地开发整理潜力综合评价,并确定土地整理重点区域划分标准。在此基础上,将河南省划分为10个土地开发整理潜力分区,确定了耕地整理、农村居民点整理、土地复垦和土地开发重点区域。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of the Mapinfo,Mapgis and VBA,the dbase and model of land development and consolidation potential were built.The paper established the dbase of area land tenure,geography and farmer income,determined the potential of farmland consolidation,rural settlement redjustment,land development and land reclamation,evaluated the potential of land development consolidation based on GIS,and analysed the division standard of emphasis area.10 potential zones of land development consolidation in Henan province were divided,and the emphasis areas of farmland consolidation,rural settlement redjustment,land development and land reclamation in Henan province were determined.更多还原
