棉花种子航天搭载主要经济与农艺性状变异的研究
The Variation of Major Econornic and Agronomic Traits on Cotton Seeds Carried by Recoverable Satellite
【摘要】 利用神州4号飞船搭载棉花种子返地后,将其播种、栽培、观察与调查其后代的变异及遗传情况,以期选育出优良的突变体,定向培育成新品种供生产应用。经连续2 a的观察试验,结果表明,株高、叶绿素含量有明显的优势,而单铃重、衣分则表现为负优势。从纺纱性能方面考虑,航天诱变的纤维长度、麦克隆值的变异朝着高支纱的方向变,而强度比则呈下降的趋势,整齐度、伸长率变异幅度不大。
【Abstract】 Cotton seeds were carried by recoverable satellite Divine 4 for mutagenesis.In order to find the excellent mutant and developed new species,the genetic variation of the cotton seeds in first generation and second generation were investigated.The result showed that the plant height and the content of chlorophyll exhibited obvious advantages,but boll weight and lint displayed disadvantages.About the performance of spinning,the fiber length and MIC values varied to high count yarn,but intensity ratio declined,uniformity and elongation varied marginally.
