皱边石杉内生菌J060918产四草酸钾的发酵条件
On fermentation conditions of endogenesis fungus J060918 separated from Huperzia crispata
【摘要】 从皱边石杉中分离纯化内生菌J060918,以马铃薯液体培养基发酵培养,得到发酵产物四草酸钾.通过对内生菌J060918发酵培养的孢子接种量、碳源、培养时间、pH值、培养温度各单因素对四草酸钾产出量的影响研究,得到相对优化试验结果,进行正交试验.正交试验结果表明,1 L马铃薯液体培养体系,添加15 g蔗相对最优化积累.
【Abstract】 Endogenesis fungus J060918 was separated and purified from fresh material of Huperzia crispata.Fermentation results showed that it could produce potassium trihydrogen dioxalate dihydrate in potato liquid culture medium.By studying on each single factor including the spore inoculation quantity,carbon sources,culture time,PH values,culture temperature,relatively optimization results were obtained.Based on single factor,the orthogonal experiment was carried out and results showed that in 1 litre potato liquid culture medium,15g saccharose,1×106 spore inoculation quantity,naturalness PH value(5.81),120 r/min shaking speed,40℃constant temperature,after 60-hour fermentation culture,the optimization culture procedure could be achieved.
